Visits are Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00–10:00 pm (CT), in 30-minute blocks.

Don't see a time that works? Pick the closest one, then tell us a better day and time in the Comments box at the bottom of the form. The time you pick stays yours unless Santa emails you to confirm a change. Mrs. Claus will see what she can do.

Help Santa make it magical

The elves read every answer to Santa before your visit, so the more you share, the more magical it gets.

Share only what you're comfortable with. Please don't include addresses, schools or other private details.

Children's first names First names only, separated by commas. How to pronounce any names (optional) Ages (optional) Christmas wishes Something positive Santa can celebrate Friends, family or pets Santa may mention Anything Santa should avoid mentioning Santa wants every visit to be amazing and joyful. Please only fill this in if there is something Santa should avoid at all costs.

Photo and next season

Yes, Santa may take a keepsake photo during the call

The call itself is never recorded. With your yes, Santa takes one photo, adds himself into the picture, and emails it to you.

Please don't keep my email to tell me about next season

Your children's details are deleted after the visit, and everything else one week later. If you tick this, your email is deleted then too. See our Privacy page.

Anything else?

Comments (optional) A better day or time for your visit, or anything else the elves should know.

Payment: we'll email you how to pay. Payment is due 7 days before your visit (or within 24 hours if your visit is sooner). If it isn't received by then, your time may be offered to another family.

Cancelling, rescheduling and refunds: see our Visit Policies.

Your details are emailed to Santa and are not stored on this website. The Zoom link is sent once payment arrives.
