What we collect

Only a parent or guardian can request a visit or video message; we don't accept requests from children. The parent or guardian gives us only what Santa needs to arrange and personalize a visit: your name, email, optional phone number, your relationship to the children, and the details you choose to share about them (first names, wishes, and similar). Please don't include addresses, schools, or other private details.

How we use it

Your details are used only to schedule the visit, send you confirmation and the video link, and help Santa make the visit personal. We never sell or share them.

How long we keep it

• Details about your children (names, ages, wishes, comments and the like) are deleted after the visit, or after your video message is sent.
• Everything else about your booking (your name, phone number and visit details) is deleted one week after the visit or message.
• Your email address is the only thing we keep, so Santa can let you know when his calendar opens next season. If you'd rather we didn't, tick “Please don't keep my email” on the booking form and it is deleted with everything else.

You can ask us to delete your email address at any time by emailing the address below. Every next-season email includes an unsubscribe option; if you unsubscribe, all information we hold about you is deleted.

Recordings and photos

Video calls are never recorded. If you give permission on the booking form, Santa takes one photo during the call and adds himself into the picture (usually in the background) to make a keepsake, which is emailed only to you. If you don't give permission, no photo is taken.

To keep out automated spam, the booking and question forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a quick check that tells people from bots. Cloudflare runs that check under its own privacy policy; it doesn't see what you type into the form.
